It sounds simple enough -- almost like a rhetorical statement for a construction company to make. After all, don't all remodeling companies and builders strive to stay on a schedule and keep to a budget? Not quite.

ON SCHEDULE: Fact is 95% of contracting companies don't provide any form of schedule beyond a vague completion goal. So where most would tell you "Oh, about 2-3 months" we provide a detailed calendar of events to let you know everything from when certain trades (electrical, plumbing, etc.) will be working in your home -- to when draw payments due and municipal inspections will be completed.
