This is a major den renovation NeoTek Construction handled for a client in Northfield, IL. Included completely changing the layout of the wet bar, opening up a wing wall between the den and kitchen and finishing the existing brick pass-thru fireplace in thinstone. We also refinished the floors, added a tray ceiling with extensive can lighting and built new custom cabinetry throughout. All wrapped up with a beautiful paint job by the client's painters.
